Insulating Materials

Klevers Aryana, as the exclusive representative of the Klevers Germany Company, uses the best insulation material and can design thermal insulation systems for equipment with different working temperatures.

In general, the insulating material of Klevers Aryana company is made of glass fiber, silica, and ceramic. Each of these insulations has its own unique properties. Mineral wool insulation is rarely used in the products of this company, but according to the request of the respected employer, it is also possible to use mineral wool.

Needled Fiberglass Mats

Temperature tolerance up to 600 degrees Celsius

  • Excellent mechanical resistance due to the needle structure
  • Made of fiberglass
  • Thickness range from 3 to 25 mm
  • Density range from 100 to 196 kg/m3
  • Resistant to water penetration and no corrosion under the insulation
  • Excellent sound absorption
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Environmentally friendly with harmless fibers

Needled Silica Fiber Mats

Temperature tolerance up to 1000 degrees Celsius

  • Excellent mechanical resistance due to the needled structure
  • Made of silica fibers (containing a higher percentage of Sio2)
  • Thickness range from 3 to 25 mm
  • Density range from 133 to 180 kg/m3
  • Resistant to water penetration and no corrosion under the insulation
  • Excellent sound absorption
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Environmentally friendly with harmless fibers

Ceramic Fiber Insulating Blankets
