This type of filter, which is made of fabric resistant to high heat (up to 600 ℃) and even melts, acts as a strainer in metal casting entrances. They are placed in the melt channels or in other casting methods in the form of filters with separating walls, and ultimately prevent the inclusion of the melt in the molds used for the production of ingots. In addition to purifying the melt from inclusions, it also makes the molecular arrangement of the melt regular. In the production of this product, as mentioned above, fabric net with different meshes and different heat resistances are selected according to the type of molten material.
Due to the fabric as the primary material for making these filters, it is possible to design and make different types of filters for different channels.
